In these custom-designed workshops we will make cheeses that you are interested in learning about.
Workshops can focus on a general overview of cheesemaking with some of the basics such as chevre, mozzarella and ricotta, or focus around a particular type of cheese such as soft
mold-ripened varieties or aged cheeses or lusciously creamy cheeses such as creme fraiche, fromage blanc and cream cheese.
Some workshop participants have a source of farm-fresh milk they want to learn to convert to delicious cheeses while others plan to recreate their cheeses with store bought milk.
Our primary focus is on cheese made from our own goat milk or from local dairy cows.
